A Gut Renovation Focusing on Function & Style

We completed a gut renovation in a home in the Schuylerville, NY, area, transforming an early ‘90’s aesthetic into a highly functional, modern farmhouse bathroom. We provided design / materials consulting in addition to the remodeling work. The project included:

  • Floor & wall stone tile, including a custom cubby for shower products

  • Mirror & lighting replacement

  • Vanity & faucet installation

  • Hardware replacement (towel racks, tissue holder, door knob)

  • Wall & trim painting

  • New wall plates

  • Custom blinds sourcing / installation

  • Ceiling fan installation with app-controlled Bluetooth speaker and customizable color-changing LED light
